Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via UPS First Class Mail.  Please allow for 3 days processing and standard delivery times.  For faster delivery call for shipping costs.

We collect information from you when you place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey or enter information on our site.
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

      To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature.
      To quickly process your transactions.
      To send periodic emails regarding your order or other products and services.
 
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order to maintain the safety of your personal information.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Ordering
Currently, all orders are processed via PayPal for fast and convienient checkout.  If you do not have a PayPal Account, click here to sign up for one.


Warranty
Fly Rods & Reels
Lifetime warranty against material defects. Replaced or repaired upon arrival. Receipt or proof of purchase must accompany returned item. If we no longer offer the model in question, we will help replace it with what we determine to be the closest comparable model from our current product line.

Fly Lines
One year unconditional, no questions asked warranty. If a Loop line fails due to workmanship or material defect during the first year, please return it to us for repair or replacement. Receipt or proof of purchase must accompany returned item. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time.
Processing, Return Shipping & Insurance
For all return shipments within North America, the original owner will be responsible for a $60 fee for each repaired item to cover processing, return shipping and insurance.
